Ryan Carter talks with Tony Elliott

Ryan Carter , 2013 safety prospect out of Loganville (Ga) Grayson, told TigerNet that he had his first contact with Clemson coaches Saturday afternoon.
Carter's teammate at Grayson - No. 1 recruit Robert Nkemdiche - made headlines Friday when he told a newspaper reporter that a Clemson offer to his good friend Carter would make Clemson a "done deal."
Carter said he spoke with recruiter Tony Elliott Saturday afternoon.
"We just talked about learning more about me," Carter told TigerNet. "There is nothing final. I am still making a trip to Clemson on the 20th."
Carter will visit the Clemson campus on that date with Nkemdiche.
