DE target commits to GT over Clemson saying Robert Nkemdiche was a factor

According to the AJC, DE target Justin Akins visited Clemson with another Clemson target Jay Woods on Thursday. When they returned from the trip Akins committed to Georgia Tech.
Akins admitted the recent commitment of Grayson DE Robert Nkemdiche to Clemson might’ve affected his feelings about the Tigers. “It actually did. I just felt like Clemson got the guy they wanted and I needed to move on.”
Akins had over 20 offers including Clemson, Central Florida, Duke, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Mississippi, Mississippi St, Nebraska, North Carolina St, and South Florida.
