Dabo: ACC will produce a national champion

Speaking at the ACC spring meetings Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney predicted a change of fortune for the ACC.

The ACC owns a 2-13 record in BCS bowl games. Those two wins are Florida State over Virginia Tech of the Big East for the 1999 championship [ACC's last BCS championship] and Virginia Tech of the ACC over Cincinnati in the Orange Bowl after the 2009 season.
Swinney also said there was no new news on Sammy Watkins.
