I thought about the same setup earlier in the week and would add Ga. Tech to the south and perhaps Louisville to the north division based upon what I've read. Notre Dame is the wildcard and they would be in the north division if they joined the Big 12.
The conference is apparently in discussion with several schools including Louisville and BYU, but Maryland, Ga. Tech and Notre Dame have all be mentioned as possible new members in expansion.
